Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kontratar Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may use the Platform solely for lawful business development, proposal management, and opportunity tracking.
You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Engage in automated data scraping or unauthorized access
  • Share account credentials or delegate access without authorization
  • Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • You must ensure only authorized personnel access your account and promptly report suspected breaches.
Intellectual Property
  • The Platform, including all content, algorithms, features, and technology, is the exclusive property of Kontratar or its licensors.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform; no ownership rights are transferred.
Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kontratar disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use or unavailability.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Platform features, services, or pricing, with reasonable notice when feasible.

Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or malicious activity, non-payment, or as required by law.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you terminate, and you must cease use of the Platform.
Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

  • All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Columbia, Maryland, except for claims related to intellectual property.
