Kontratar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for business proposal development and opportunity management, subject to compliance with this EULA and all applicable laws.
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, algorithms, databases, and intellectual property, remain exclusively with Kontratar. No ownership rights are granted.
Kontratar may provide automatic updates, patches, or enhancements; acceptance may be required for continued access.
Users are responsible for maintaining system compatibility.
Support is provided according to your subscription plan and service level agreement. Availability and response times may vary.
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you violate any provision, discontinue use, or fail to maintain an active subscription. Upon termination, you must cease all use and may lose access to data.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KONTRATAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONTRATAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM USE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
